The Opticomm box isn’t working and we need an electrician to retrieve the wires from the roof so an Opticomm specialist can fix the problem. A recent report indicates that the internal conduit has no draw string. Please retrieve the necessary wiring from the roof and install a draw string to facilitate current or future cable runs.

Need to put the down pipe back to is hole. Also need to fix the fence back to position (star picket)?

Attach 10 pictures to walls (with your own equipment, we don't have any screws for this) and baby proof 2 bookshelves onto the walls (we have equipment for this one). The down pipe is not aligned with the adaptor which is causing water to leak. See the pictures for details.

Supply and install replacement gal downpipe. Photos attached show previous down pipe and current condition. Downpipe terminates in open drain below. Also need to remove some debris from room.

Clean house gutters single storey residence

Birds have been trying to nest in my roof. They can get in via a narrow hole near the gutter.. No babies are in the roof but I don’t have a ladder to get up there and fill in the gap myself. Please help
