We think we might have a leak in our roof? There are some stains on our ceiling in the spare room, pretty sure it’s water damage. We live in a 2 story town house with a tiled roof. Access to the roof can be done via the roof on our carport and/or balcony.

There are water patches on the garage ceiling plasterboard that develop under heavy rain. They are approximately in line with the flashing on the roof over the garage where the roof meets the second storey brickwork. There is possibly a second leak towards the gutter on the boundary side. Need someone to run ethernet cable from router at front of house, through wall and roof into back room of house where home office is located. Single story. I already have a 30m Cat 7 ethernet cable and I've attached pics of where the cable could go into the wall at both ends of the house (existing outlets). Our property has a water leak, plaster was removed from the affected ceiling area downstairs to allow inspection for any signs of any water leaks. The toilet was then flushed and left running for over 20 minutes; during this time, no leaks or signs of moisture were detected. However, testing the shower water was observed escaping from the shower enclosure. It appears that water is penetrating beneath the tiled surface and travelling through the toilet penetration, which is contributing to the leak. We need someone to come to reseal the shower screen and surrounds to prevent further leaks. Preference is if someone can also plaster and paint the holes downstairs too I don't really know the pricing, please do not be offended, and provide your best reasonable quote. we just want to ensure that this issue is fixed once and for all
