Clean single story house gutters

Venradah downpipes are currently connected to the sewage drain. Need a qualified plumber to help reconnect the downpipes to the stormwater pipe/discharge. One way is to cut the cement sheet to access the existing connection point and then redirect the pipe to the stormwater pipe under the house.

The pergola covering needs to be cut back about 5 - 10cm so it doesn't cover the whole gutter. It is already installed and traps leaves.

The air flow from vents has become very subtle. The guy from Mitsubishi said the ductwork in roof may have blown open somewhere. Need ducts checked and repaired.
