Looks like the pipe has cracked underneath or is leaking out the flange. Have tried tightening it looks like it’s getting worse so I just need to replace that pipe in between. Have a ladder ready for roof access it’s at the front of the house. .

Water accumulates at the deep end of portico roof when raining and is likely leaking through an unsealed section of the roof sheeting joins. Please see photos of portico roof of approx 2.5m x 1.5m What I would like: Silicone roof joins: silicon applied to all the joins/edges of the whole portico to ensure roof is water sealed. Clean mould from part of the ceiling: There has been some mould build up on the ceiling underneath in one corner so would like the mould killed and cleaned off (Ceiling/cornice are hard and does not need replacing, also no need for painting after cleaning) Would like done in the next couple weeks. Guessing best done on a day that is not raining.

There is a leak and the ceiling has a slight drip. If you look through the hole there is a slight bit of sunlight so it’s suspect the roof tile has a crack or mortar needs fixing. Happy to accept job and advise extent of work onsite Need to repair Tiles available
