We have a couple of roof tiles that either need replacing or repair we have tiles at home should be enough to do job - would like sorted before need big rain hits not leaking only noticed after last big rain little drip no wet patches just want to sort now

Job is to finish off a colorbond roof installation. A couple of small parts where sheets are to be installed. Need some flashings done, some capping and downpipes installed on other parts of the roof. All lower roof, downpipes a couple from second storey roof.

We detected at least three leaks in the roof last night, with water leaking onto the ceiling. Not sure if the roof tiles are out of alignment or broken.

my downpipe makes big noise when storm water drips inside and hit the pipe bend. I am thinking to cut and replace the bend with a new bend piece as shown in first photo, which has a rubber pad glued at bend or just open up the existing one and glue a rubber pad to bend. Also I need two separate bend piece as shown in photo 3 for other usage. Only need to make the piece to the dimensions, no installation required. I will supply the downpipe material.

There is a leak and the ceiling has a slight drip. If you look through the hole there is a slight bit of sunlight so it’s suspect the roof tile has a crack or mortar needs fixing. Happy to accept job and advise extent of work onsite Need to repair Tiles available

Replace cracked polycarbonate sheets on alfresco roof. Currently have some water ingress due to the damaged sheets. 6 sheets, 2.6m long. Semi-opaque. Supply sheeting, fixings and ensure roof is waterproof. Location Connolly.

I need a sponge or something similar installed into the elbow of a downpipe to prevent an annoying metallic dripping sound. I have had the aircon, roof and guttering inspected and there are no blockages or issues at all. It’s just an unfortunately loud drip in one of the downpipes after rain or aircon use. See picture below.
