Fix alsonite that is rattling on pergola. Treat rust on pergola and gutters. ZoCoo anti rust pain to be provided. Paint gutters 2 coats white.

Twinwall roofs have been damaged by hail. Would like them replaced with colorbond.

my downpipe makes big noise when storm water drips inside and hit the pipe bend. I am thinking to cut and replace the bend with a new bend piece as shown in first photo, which has a rubber pad glued at bend or just open up the existing one and glue a rubber pad to bend. Also I need two separate bend piece as shown in photo 3 for other usage. Only need to make the piece to the dimensions, no installation required. I will supply the downpipe material.

Water accumulates at the deep end of portico roof when raining and is likely leaking through an unsealed section of the roof sheeting joins. Please see photos of portico roof of approx 2.5m x 1.5m What I would like: Silicone roof joins: silicon applied to all the joins/edges of the whole portico to ensure roof is water sealed. Clean mould from part of the ceiling: There has been some mould build up on the ceiling underneath in one corner so would like the mould killed and cleaned off (Ceiling/cornice are hard and does not need replacing, also no need for painting after cleaning) Would like done in the next couple weeks. Guessing best done on a day that is not raining.

Need gutters and down pipes cleaned. They look pretty clean already but keen to make sure for winter. Small townhouse with a small second story 1st floor approx 50m2 tin roof 2nd floor approx 40m2 tin roof Also have a foxtel satellite attached on first floor easy access that I would like the attachment bolt drill holes checked and sealed if needed. - Due date: Flexible
