The home was built in 1990 and has an original tiled roof. The roof is showing age-related wear, with active leaks reported in some areas. There are also timber elements/wood finishes that have deteriorated and require repair or replacement as needed. Recommended works would include a roof inspection, leak rectification, replacement of any damaged tiles or related roofing components, and repair of affected timber finishes.

I live in a single storey duplex and the gutters are rusted and damaged, it might need to be replaced or repaired. And small portion of eve needs to be replaced at the rear house. The three bedrooms and one bathroom house, so just budget is out of rough idea.

Purchasing a property which appears to have a few roof leaks and needs a general look over. 1. Leak near fireplace cladding (appears to have been repaired but needs checking) 2. Join in roof is poorly sealed and needs work (see photos) 3. Kitchen vents need resealing (see photo) 4. Leak appearing around evaporative cooler (no photos, adjacent to fibro roof, appears to be repaired), needs investigating and potential repair 5. Other flashing around the house needs refixing/checking to prevent and future leaks 6. Edge flashing is also in poor condition and I’d like to receive a quote to replace as well Decent amount of work. Happy to discuss further to understand time and cost to complete the job. The house settles on the 19th of December and work is available to be complete from this date and ideally completed by mid-Jan. Please submit a low offer. We’re upgrading our internet connection from fibre-to-the-node to fibre-to-the-premises. A technician attended to complete the installation but was unable to finish the job, as he couldn’t run the cable from the Telstra box at the front of the house through the roof cavity and down to the internal internet port. He mentioned that he’s not permitted to enter the roof cavity, but an electrician would be able to complete this part. He left the NBN cable here and advised me to contact an electrician. The main challenge is that the roof pitch is quite low, so roof tiles will need to be removed for access. There are also solar panels on the roof and ducted air conditioning in the roof cavity. I’ve attached images of the external box, the internal port location, and an aerial view of the house showing where the cable needs to be run through the roof. Im flexible with cost.

Purchasing a house that has had multiple roof leaks. As such there’s sections which have fallen away and need complete resheeting, two sections needing smaller repairs. There’s also other opportunities for work in other areas of the house. I do apologise at how terrible the screenshots are, wish I had some better images to share! Needing quotes to get a gauge of what this repair would look like and timing for execution. House will likely settle just after Christmas and it’d be great to have repairs done by mid-Jan. Clean gutters, some leaves a debris

Hi need my roof inspected in Dianella for leaks as well as gutters to be checked and cleaned if needed. If any further maintenance need a quotation for that.. Our house is geberally maintained. Roof is tile roof. Only our portion of roof to be done as is joint with neighbours from carport on.

Approximately four roof tiles have been damaged/removed and need replacing

Gutters relatively clean however leaf litter is blocking downpipes .

Require an inspection of roof due to large water stain on ceiling, which developed during recent rain period. Water leak requires detection and fixing, and would like to obtain a quote for this work. Please advise if there is any fee for the inspection and quote. Will consider paying $50 for a quote.

I just need an old globe and cable taken out and off the ceiling. Worried I may not know the safest way to do this. I took the old style lamp shade off and unscrewed the fitting but need help removing cables and globe fitting and patching up.
