We engaged a professional Pest Control company, and the technician installed baits in the roof area. They explained that the baits work by causing rats to leave the roof space in search of water after consuming them, rather than necessarily dying in the roof. For the peace of mind of the residents, we are looking for someone experienced to access and inspect the roof space, check for any signs of rat activity, remove any dead rats if found, and carry out any necessary minor clean-up. Please note that we currently have no evidence that there are any dead rats in the roof. This task is mainly a precautionary inspection and reassurance exercise. Gutters need cleaning to deal with winter

Single story house approx 330m2 I need the gutters cleaned of leaf debris and removed from property. There is a small area of cladding that the leaves have gotten stuck under and is causing water build up. The leaves will need to be pulled out from there too.

Two transparent panels (2400mm each) need replaced on alfresco roof. I need the panels picked up from bunnings Balcatta which is 8 minutes drive from the house.

I need a flashing supplied and installed between my house and my shed to make it watertight. Prefer roof plumber but can work with anyone competent. No weight can be placed on the shed or the roof will fall in. It’s a 4.5M span and only accessible from the ends. Prefer you have the scaffold to do the job and supply the flashing. To increase the complexity there is a downpipe halfway along.

Have gutters full of leaves, need removal of leaves and cleaning of gutters. Downpipes are also full of leaves, need them unblocked and cleaned. May require removal of downpipes to complete job. Downpipes are pot riveted on. Roof joints (meet point of different roof angles) full of leaves, requires removal. Would like gutter guards provided and installed on gutters and roof joints post leaf removal/cleaning.
