Need help to change the damaged downpipe

Looking for someone experienced with residential stormwater drainage to improve drainage from an existing downpipe at the front of my house in Joondanna. The existing downpipe currently discharges at ground level immediately beside the front porch/house (see photos). I would like: - Existing downpipe modified and connected to underground stormwater pipe. - Pipe run into the adjacent mulched garden bed. - Installation of a suitable small soakwell / soakage pit to dispose of the stormwater. - Soakwell positioned an appropriate distance from the house/footings. - Existing established plants and larger roots avoided where reasonably possible. - Existing services in the area to be considered before excavation. Some retic and power to retic in area. Happy for the installer to recommend the most appropriate solution and size based on the roof catchment and available space. A polypropylene soakwell or suitable gravel soakage system would both be considered. Please quote including labour and materials and let me know what drainage solution you propose. I have a room in my home that has some water damage. You can’t really see much at all, however the moisture readings show it. What I require is- remove the render back to brick apply a water proof membrane then render and set Approx 500mm high from the floor I believe it is about 10sqm in total Hoping to find someone who specialises in this.

Hi, I’ve got a tiled roof villa in Joondanna with a ceiling vent in the hallway. A small amount of water comes through the vent (during heavy storms maybe once a year). Looking for someone to: - inspect the roof vent/cowl and seal or replace for better weatherproofing - and a spot check of the roof for replacement of 2 or 3 cracked tiles (as needed) Easy access, single story.

Need a section of gutter replaced. It is second story but repair section is above the single story roof. I have the new section of gutter and I will paint it. Just need it cut in and fitted on the straight run no corners. Contact for more detail on this please.

roof valley is rusting at the bottom and needs repaired/replaced

Can only access this from the roof externally, internal hatch too small. Will need a roof ladder as pitch quite steep. Whirly bird it’s self probably just needs a good spray with WD40 , possibly replacing (I already have a spare to fix on if needed)

Sound proof bedroom door. Reason: I create a lot of podcasts and want to minimize noise coming in an out of the room for quality podcast purposes.

Down pipe dripping on two storey house

Inspection revealed a few roof structure repairs to be done. Single storey brick and tile home.

The eave has moved away from it fastening and needs re -attachment in 2 places. I am on the 1st floor of a block of units, so will need a decent ladder or EWP. I need to be onsite to show exactly what is happening

1 down pipe installation and connect to drain. Have attached photos, would like the down pipe to connect to the circled drain if possible. Just bought the house and there are no down pipes at the back of the unit but looks like there once was one connected to that pipe...?

Roof tiles have moved due to wind today, need someone to move them back into place No damage They were recently moved to climb into the house through the man hole and I think they weren’t put back into place properly causing the heavy wind to move them more.
