I’m looking for an experienced and licensed roofing contractor to undertake a complete repair of a roof leak and restore the internal ceiling to its original condition. The leak has caused water damage to an internal plasterboard ceiling, including brown staining, paint failure and localised damage (see attached photos). The successful contractor will be responsible for the entire scope of works, including: * Inspect and identify the source of the roof leak. * Repair the roof permanently, including replacing any damaged roofing materials, flashings, seals or fixings as required. * Confirm the roof is watertight upon completion. * Remove and replace any water-damaged plasterboard if required. * Repair all damaged ceiling surfaces. * Apply stain-blocking primer to prevent future bleed-through. * Repaint the ceiling so the repair is invisible and matches the surrounding finish. * Leave the work area clean and remove all waste. Well both the hinges on my roof tent have been bent due to impact damages. How can i got about getting it straightend, out so i can open it and check other damages. Work required on two story tiled roof. I'd like someone that has professional experience with tiled roofs please. Must have own equipment, ladders, tools etc. The job: 1. There are two small areas where several tiles have sagged or slipped (photo 6 & 7). I'd like to lift that area and relay; and check there is no underlying issue. We require structural sign off to add a non-permeable roof to our pergola. We are in City of Bayswater which has different rules to our neighbouring council regarding patios. We have built a pergola with a shade cloth. Because it lets water through, it's not classed as a patio and therefore fits within the current Pergola guidelines for Bayswater that do not require council approval. We would now like to add corrugated plastic roofing to protect from rain in the winter. This would make it a patio and require structural sign off to be able to get council approval. If we lived 1km to the West, we wouldn't require this sign off as Stirling allows patios with a roof under a certain size to be built without council sign off.
