Pipe got a crack in the roof, has since been sealed with Self Seal tape and Hose Clamps, but pipe needs to be cut, joined and replaced (based on what insurer's loss reponse teams are telling me). This is the second time, so I have two locations for it to be replaced.

Need someone handy to complete two small jobs at my house: 1. Plug / cap an existing downpipe that is no longer required. 2. Replace a stripped tap handle, as the handle won’t tighten properly.
