Roof leak around rangehood exhaust I've got a leak in my tiled roof, possibly around where the rangehood exhaust exits through the tiles. After some heavy rain, I noticed water dripping onto the rangehood and discovered a small section of water-damaged ceiling plasterboard just in front of it. The exhaust runs pretty much straight up through the roof, so I'm guessing the flashing or seal around it might be the issue, but I'm not certain. Looking for someone experienced with tiled roofs to find where the water is getting in and carry out the necessary repairs.

Me and my friend are both looking to have our roofs insulated. Both properties are the same size (approx 75m2). There is currently no insulation so no need to remove, and we will supply the insulation ready. Both roof spaces have some leaves and debris so please advise if this would need to be cleared away or if the insulation can be installed directly on top for ease. Both properties are brick build Vila’s, located in Bayswater and Como. The photos attached are of the Bayswater property, but both are very similar in regards to space, accessibility and condition.

3.1m of gutter replaced at front of a single story home. There are no down pipes connected to the part falling off. When I was up on the roof that section looked ok. It’s a straight run but might have a small section (in the photos) that comes off it but it’s short and no down pipe.

dont forget to take picture before and after Remove all rubbish/green waste around the house. Remove the fallen tree branch and dispose of it properly. Clear and clean the gutters. Pressure clean the roof and remove moss/dirt. Clean up the front yard and driveway area. Leave the property clean and tidy after completion.

Gutter cleaning, single story property

We need a tarp placed on the roof of a property we own in Bayswater WA. There is a leak from a suspected broken tile however we aren’t in a position to get it repaired. Tarp and material to weigh down the tarp can be provided. We need this done ASAP. It’s a single storey house. You must have your own ladder and tools if required.

We are looking for somebody who can do a good job of cleaning our gutters & flush down pipes. We want somebody with the right tools who’s done it before. It’s a normal sized house with a small second story plus a granny flat. The gutters are not very dirty but we want If the price is right you’ll get the job and you’ll get to do it three times a year every year if you want to.
