There is a possible roof leak that needs to be investigated and fixed. It’s an old tiled roof house but renovated to be used as an office.

the external panel of my evap cooler was blown off by the strong wind, and rainwater is leaking into the house through the roof opening around the unit. I need a roof plumber urgently to inspect and seal the roof. Note: as the roof is quite steep and slippery, reef shoes are required. I have attached a couple of pictures to show how to access the roof. There is a hook on the 1st roof for harness. The aircon unit is on the 2nd roof. The aircon panel is still in shape but two of the corners are fallen off. It will need to be carried up to the roof and secure back to the unit to prevent the water going in.

It seems a beam on my roof is wearing away, possible water damage. Would like to hear an opinion on what this is and how to fix. No idea on price so let me know. Cheers

Supply and install new sheeting 1104 depth from roof to gutter x 2700 across onto existing lattice frame as per photo. Not sure if you can buy that length as I could only find 2.5 length at bunnings so would need to be cut in half. Approx 4 sheets in total to allow overlay of each sheet. Currently secured with tech screws. Would need to be cream or beige not clear sheeting to match as closely as possible to existing roofing in other areas of the garden

We have a 2 story house located in Applecross. I would like someone to clean our gutters. Ideally if they can be done Thursday or Friday while the weather is good. I paid $200 previously for this service so would like to keep it the same. Most of the debris should blow out. If the debris on the ground can also be cleaned (I can provide a blower vac if necessary).

Hi there, Looking for someone experienced with roofing to help with a small roof job. I’d like to replace a section of metal roofing (around 1.5sqm, marked in red in the photo) with tiles that match the rest of the roof. At the same time, there’s a leak during heavy rain from the area marked in green – it seems connected to the same part of the roof, so I’m hoping it can be fixed along the way.
