I have some bird spikes to go under gable on second story as the pigeons are leaving a mess there and also wanted to pressure wash that part of the roof where all the debris is and wash down the gutter.  They also sit on the decorative railing. So I was thinking of using fishing line and a couple of eye screw hooks that I have to go above the railing to stop them perching there as the bird spikes will probably stand out to much on the railing so just thought it wouldn’t be so noticeable I have the bird spikes and got some sika as I was going to attempt myself but I don’t have working at heights gear. My roof leaks in a few places. I need the someone to reset the tiles in the spots and stop the leaks. Also to repair gutters.

Task Description – Reattach and Repair Two Eaves Two eaves require reattaching/fixing on the house. Eave 1: Still attached but needs securing and a general fix-up. Eave 2: Has fallen off; no wood repairs required. Needs to be glued and nail-gunned back into place. Contractor is to provide all tools, including ladder, glue/adhesive, and nail gun.

Light has come out of the ceiling. Need to safely install back in.
