Water keeps pooling under my house as the 3 down pipes on the side of the house are droken and do not drain properly. I have water puddles underneath the house. It is a small crawl space to enter under the house. I would need someone to install a sump pump and get under the house to fix the puddles. The down pipes are only half the problem as we live at the bottom of a hill and receive all the run off into our backyard. The house is built on a steep block, so while it’s one level, the roof access varies depending on the side of the house. We’ve recently noticed water overflowing during rain, so the gutters likely have blockages that need proper clearing. The job involves a complete gutter clean — not just a quick leaf blow, but proper removal of all debris, followed by flushing the gutters and downpipes to make sure water is flowing freely. I’d like full before and after photos and videos of the entire guttering and roof area provided once the job is done. While you’re up there, please do a general roof inspection and check for any cracks, rust, leaks, or visible damage to the gutters. Also check for animal nests and remove them if found. If possible, please keep an eye out for any cracked or missing tiles or metal sheets, signs of sagging, water damage, or moss and algae build-up. Also inspect the roof valleys for any debris, and check flashing around vents or skylights for any deterioration. A quick visual of the fascia and soffits for water damage or rot would be appreciated too. Please ensure all debris is cleaned up and taken away after the job. No solar panels are installed. I’m flexible with timing but will preference earlier availability. Roof tile leak visible in ceiling plaster. Only started occuring few days ago. Might be a roof tile that moved or a gap needing to ve filled.

I have total 4 downpipes which I have recently changed. While changing plumber mentioned the drains are blocked so need to be pressure cleaned. When it rains water comes out of the gutter as it cannot get passed fully through the pipes.
