I need someone to conduct a thorough search of our roof space and roof to identify possum entry points, and block them with chicken wire. House is double storey so need a large ladder to access eaves

Labour and access to install Ampelite Solasafe Pearl Ice polycarbonate roofing sheets to the rear deck of a two‑storey house. The covered area includes a flat section approximately 4 m × 4 m and a gable section approximately 6 m × 4 m. All roofing sheets, fixings, screws, washers, and installation hardware will be supplied by the homeowner, as exact sheet sizes are difficult to confirm from photos. The contractor is to provide labour only, including cutting sheets to size and installing them onto the existing structure. No batten replacement or structural repairs are required. Sheets installed on the gable section will require minor trimming to ensure overlaps align correctly with the rafters, matching the existing layout.

Gutter 7.4 m long needs replacement. Gutter is 5.7m above ground level. In the attached photo the gutter which needs replacing is the higher one with downpipe at the end .One downpipe only. I can supply the gutter and fittings if more convenient.

Concrete gutter linking asphalt road with gravel driveway is all broken up and needs replacing. Street is on a very steep hill and footpath has been subject to erosion in the past. Quote needs to include drying / curing time for concrete to be vehicle-worthy.

I need a handyman to rodent proof under our old Queenslander house with fine mesh. Needs along the perimeter of the house, and any AC pipe entry points. Approx 35m perimeter. Decent clearance under house, with a slope towards the back.

Need an approved roofer for work on a single story, gently sloping roof which needs a few things to prevent a minor leak inside the house. 1. Replace/extend a spreader pipe (pipe provided) 2. Replace a section of barge roll (barge roll provided) 3. lift sheet below spreader to remove debris, repair sacking if possible 4. Seal a few pop rivets 5. Seal flashing if possible

Needing some minor roof maintenance completed before we can finalise an insurance claim for a small water leak. We require someone suitably qualified so we can provide evidence of completion to our insurance. Some extra things are recommendations from our building report in September last year. Work required: * Repair deteriorated silicone seals to dry pan flashing. * Remove debris from box gutters, gutter guard and roof sheets/flashings. * Re-secure loose mesh gutter guard. * Adjust apron flashing to eliminate gaps and exposed fixings. * Seal gap between cladding and roof framing. * Replace perished sealant. * Paint exposed timber rafter ends. Unfortunately, due to an injury, I can’t safely get back onto the roof to take additional photos, so please refer to the attached building inspection images to give an idea. Can be flexible with when, but prefer Thursday, Friday or weekends.

Assemble and install ozroo tub rack on 2020 Ford Ranger Wildtrak. Also mount rooftop tent onto rack. All parts supplied. Looking for someone with experience fitting roof racks, tub racks or rooftop tents. Morningside area

I’ve bit away for a few weeks for work, I got home and my wife told me that the kids thought there was something in the roof. We’ve lived here for six years, I go up in the roof all the time. I’ve never seen any evidence of anything being in the roof. last night lying in bed I woke up at midnight and there was something right above us that was scratching around for a while. It didn’t sound like a possum because it just seems very light. If it was a possum it would be a baby one. I suspect it’s more likely to be a mouse or something else so there’s definitely something in there. I’d like it removed as soon as possible.

I need my gutter to be cleaned up

Downpipe from 2 storey house roof has disconnected from gutted. Requires reconnection. Relatively simple job. Access from ground directly underneath is quite high and tight. Alternatively, access may be easier across the roof. No huge rush, but would be good to get it down within the next couple of weeks. Budget includes any pipe joints / sealant etc

There is a roof/gutter leak allowing water to enter the house above the window. The area is quite high, so access requires a stable ladder that can be secured to support beams half way up in the picture, as the gutters have guards installed. Or go over the roof with a harness. The leak is where the top of the ladder is in the pic.

I need a new shower head installed. It is the same one as the current shower head and will not need any other materials. Shower head is supplied. I also need a sink down pipe tightened and inspected due to a very small drip.
