Putting solar panels on the roof Thursday 18th. Need roof inspected and repaired before they go on. No leaks, just proactive maintenance. Refer to drone photos. Some rust forming in older roof section (middle section) see red circled areas for area needed restoration. Older section appears to be lead nails. Either rust convert or paint sections. Replace anything if needed. Replace nails with roofing screws.

Add gutter to one side of shed, including awning, can use flex pipe for downpipe. I can supply materials

Recently moved a wall at my house. The roof has an area that needs patching up. Area roughly 2300mm x 600mm plus a couple little holes under 50mm where a light was moved. Also if possible mounting plaster cornice roughly 2 runs of 2.8m. Not sure of the actual cost, so let me know your best price

I have attached my roof top tent onto these flat rales instead of a flat rack and consequently made it much harder to get the nut onto the bolt. I’ve got 5/bolts in. These last 3 are just extra awkward and rather just pay someone to get them in.

I’ve bit away for a few weeks for work, I got home and my wife told me that the kids thought there was something in the roof. We’ve lived here for six years, I go up in the roof all the time. I’ve never seen any evidence of anything being in the roof. last night lying in bed I woke up at midnight and there was something right above us that was scratching around for a while. It didn’t sound like a possum because it just seems very light. If it was a possum it would be a baby one. I suspect it’s more likely to be a mouse or something else so there’s definitely something in there. I’d like it removed as soon as possible.

Downpipe from 2 storey house roof has disconnected from gutted. Requires reconnection. Relatively simple job. Access from ground directly underneath is quite high and tight. Alternatively, access may be easier across the roof. No huge rush, but would be good to get it down within the next couple of weeks. Budget includes any pipe joints / sealant etc

There is a roof/gutter leak allowing water to enter the house above the window. The area is quite high, so access requires a stable ladder that can be secured to support beams half way up in the picture, as the gutters have guards installed. Or go over the roof with a harness. The leak is where the top of the ladder is in the pic.
