Moved into our place approx. 1 year ago and haven't been on the roof as of yet, quite a few large deciduous trees around so would imagine would be some leaves on roof/in gutters requiring cleaning. Also, would be good to have a general inspection of the roof - especially around the adjoining walls of next property, around the 2 aircon units on roof, skylight and whirly bird.
