Hi, I would like a very basic budgetary quote for repair/restoring exterior rendering of our townhouse. The key areas needing work are in the attached photos surrounding our front door, garage door, and front window ledge.

I need a permanent render own tools prefer almost 5 to 6 days work a week

There is some gap over the interior render over my garage door, that needs filling.

I have a tilt up boundary walls that has been rendered. The joins between tilt ups needs to be replaced some damage needs repaired and fence needs painted.

Just demolished an outhouse and need rendering for a feature wall. The size is 2000mm wide x 3000mm high. The corner on the right will need a deeper fill and will most likely return around 100mm on the right hand side wall. Render just the minimum thickness required and a cement colour finish is adequate. Not too sure of tge cost, hence I've put a minimum of $10.00

Render work needed infront of the garage

I have a set of fleximount shelving that needs to be installed inside the garage. The garage walls are brick. The mounts need to be drilled into brick and not the mortar. Ive given up trying to get the holes to line up straight. There are approx 48 holes to drill.

A pallet was accidentally knocked into the rendered corner near my front door, causing a section of the textured render/coating to chip away (see photo). I need a confident handyperson to hang a Rachel Donath Dora Gloss Mirror — a premium fibreglass mirror (70cm × 95cm, 17kg) — on an internal pebbledash render wall. The mirror uses a French cleat hanging system (wall cleat + mirror cleat). Rendering patch up under neath balcony to prep for painting. Repair x 1 tile on edge of balcony.

Our living room and dining room have a mismatch of wall surfaces, heights etc, and we want to tidy this all up by some reframing, and then some plastering as well. This is going to be easiest if you come out and quote, but I have provided some photos. There are 6 walls that we're talking about. 1) A large facebrick wall that needs some framing to hang a sliding barn door on it, and then plastering over the facebrick wall. Aircon needs to be taken down and then hang back up etc. 2) 3 walls that have rough render on then, we want this replaced with smooth render 3) 1 dry wall we need built up to ceiling height and then plastered on both sides 4) 1 dry wall with a wooden top frame that we want removed (so the wall is staying, the 1970s style wood frame is going) and plastering redone. Ignore the budget. We have no idea what to expect, but this silly app makes you set a budget

Need crack in render repaired and sealed properly to prevent water entry. Need the repair to match rest of the wall so it’s not obvious.
