We had an old flued gas unit removed and need the hole in the wall filled and rendered. If you can also fix the cut skirting board that would be a bonus too.

Scope of Work: • Cut a neat 1m channel into brick wall (approx. 20–25mm wide, 20–25mm deep). • Supply and install PVC conduit for the wires • Secure conduit with saddles/clips inside channel. • Patch and render back over channel so the wall is flush and ready for paint. Need acrylic render fixed and expansion joint to be re cut out and filled with silicone

We urgently need our rendered wall repaired to match the finish (we can do the painting). We drilled and patched a couple holes ourselves but it’s not exact as you can see The texture cement render needs to be more consistent we are told - so we can get our bond returned. Might just need to drill the holes out again and plug it to match unsure

Need holes drilled near ceiling in wall of double brick old style apartment. I tried but couldn't get them deep enough so need someone with the right tools. Also need plugs and screws to screw in brackets for a wall mounted clothes drying rack.

This is a new brick wall. It’s only the wall that needs to be bagged not the plinth below. We are looking for a bagged finish where the outline of the brickwork is visible. We need a professional finish especially on the edges to ensure a straight finish. We dont want to paint so hoping to achieve the look with a white acrylic render. Needs to be done before Monday while the scaffolding is in place!
