Exterior Rendered Wall and door Repair & Paint Touch-Up Looking for an experienced handyman or painter to repair several small areas of damage on an exterior rendered wall. Double-sided mounting tape was previously attached to the wall and, when removed, it pulled away some of the painted/rendered surface. The damaged areas are relatively small but I would like them repaired professionally so they blend in with the existing finish. We are renting and want to leave the place in a good condition. Scope of works: Remove any remaining adhesive residue Repair damaged render/paint surface Sand and prepare repairs as required Prime repaired areas Colour match and repaint affected sections Blend repairs into the existing textured rendered finish The wall appears to be a rendered exterior surface with a painted finish rather than standard painted plasterboard. I have attached photos of the damage. Remove adhesive from white door and repaint in white exterior paint We also have several tins of exterior paint left at the property which may assist with colour matching, however we are not experienced enough to determine whether they are the exact paint used on this wall. Please provide a quote including labour and any materials required. We are flexible for when the works would occur but would prefer before end of July 2026.

Current wall rendered about 8 year's ago but has cracked on numerous occasions so looking to get it redone.

Looking for someone to remove the existing paint from these wall sections and smooth the surface in preparation for rendering. Each section measures approximately 2.2m wide x 1.45m high. The job will involve scraping off any loose or peeling paint and preparing the walls to a suitable standard for rendering. Exterior corner of house has developed a crack and separation near the eaves/fascia. Looking for someone to repair the damaged section. Thanks More details: A trim board/cover on the exterior corner of my house is missing(circled in red), leaving the edge of the eave/soffit exposed. The matching trim is still present on the adjacent side( circled in green). need the missing section supplied, installe. Please inspect the area and advise if any additional repairs are required. Also in the photo with a single red circle, I would like the crack to be patched. In the last photo the section marked in blue appears to allow water ingress during heavy rain. I’ve noticed water seeping through this area, which may have caused the discolouration in the area marked in red. The second last photo shows the same area (yellow section from the first photo), but taken from the first floor. In this section, there appears to be a gap in the blue area where water may be entering. Could you please also check this area and advise if it needs sealing (e.g. sealant or waterproofing), along with the other repairs? Thanks This is a 2 storey townhouse

Just demolished an outhouse and need rendering for a feature wall. The size is 2000mm wide x 3000mm high. The corner on the right will need a deeper fill and will most likely return around 100mm on the right hand side wall. Render just the minimum thickness required and a cement colour finish is adequate. Not too sure of tge cost, hence I've put a minimum of $10.00
