I’m seeking a quote to repair and waterproof a damaged rendered courtyard wall at my apartment (Melbourne, 3004). I have only recently purchased this apartment, and there is unfortunately damage to the rendered courtyard wall, including bubbling, cracking and green discolouration (hidden by the agent with staged furniture during inspections).The render is bubbling and lifting in multiple areas, and there are visible cracks and moisture staining. I’ve attached photos showing the condition. The total length of the courtyard walls are 12.6m (rear wall) + 4.3 m (left) + 4.3 m (right) = 21.2 m total. I'm seeking quotes for: • Removal of all damaged and delaminated render • Drying and surface preparation • Application of a waterproof membrane • Re-rendering and repainting with a suitable exterior membrane coating • A warranty for the work done **I need a properly itemised quote that you can provide in writing, as i will be seeking reimbursement via VCAT as the agent hid this damage during inspections** Airtasker will not allow me to enter a budget higher than $9999 but please quote as required - I would like the work done properly.

We tried to use Sikaflex seal the joints for half part of it, as pic shown. Haven’t sand it yet now required an experienced handyman to keep working on it, need render over the joints, matching the existing as best as possible.

we have a leak from a crack in the render on the side of our balcony which caused an entry point for water to get in and damaged a part of our ceiling under the balcony. Can we get someone to come and take a look. I’ll put in $500 just an initial guess happy to discuss based on the work needed

There was a large hole left in our outside rendered wall following the replacement of our gas water heater. We have done 3 layers of a pre-mix render but struggling to get even and then it needs to be painted to match the wall. There needs to be a space for PowerPoint to be reconnected (as pictured). I am wanting to place 3 heavy mosaics on a bluestone wall. I need 6 holes drilled into the bluestone (not the cement)which is rendered and 6 dynabolts to be placed into the stone ready for hanging the mosaics. Must have correct drill / bit for bluestone. Dynabolts to be supplied.

We urgently need our rendered wall repaired to match the finish (we can do the painting). We drilled and patched a couple holes ourselves but it’s not exact as you can see The texture cement render needs to be more consistent we are told - so we can get our bond returned. Might just need to drill the holes out again and plug it to match unsure

Need holes drilled near ceiling in wall of double brick old style apartment. I tried but couldn't get them deep enough so need someone with the right tools. Also need plugs and screws to screw in brackets for a wall mounted clothes drying rack.

This is a new brick wall. It’s only the wall that needs to be bagged not the plinth below. We are looking for a bagged finish where the outline of the brickwork is visible. We need a professional finish especially on the edges to ensure a straight finish. We dont want to paint so hoping to achieve the look with a white acrylic render. Needs to be done before Monday while the scaffolding is in place!

There’s a hair line crack thru the render need it repaired.
