Remove old silicone seal and replace with new silicone seal - on kitchen bench and in recessed (alcove) shelf in shower. Replace old sealant (white) around bath.

Our hot water heater appears to be having an issue and the water is coming out with a yellow tinge. We expect sediment build up or a corroded anode rod or something similar. Or needs a total replacement. Need help diagnosing and fixing the issue

Our shower door won’t close properly and so leaks out onto the bathroom floor. I would like to either fix the bathroom door so that it is water tight or if necessary install a new one (removing and disposing of the old one of course) The budget I’ve provided is for fixing the current one so would obviously have to pay more if a new one is required

Dink drain blocked and dishwasher not cleaning properly

Looking for a qualified plumber to urgently attend a blocked toilet and sink. It seems to be a more significant blockage — possibly the main drain, as both the toilet and nearby sink are affected. My basin is leaking and need it fixed this morning. It only leaks if you have the popup waste down to keep the water in the basin. Water is dripping from this circle onto the cabinet It's an Airbnb so need a quick fix this morning (silicone or anything you think) and we can replace whole basin after they leave

Bath tap leaking - cold mainly

Looking to set up a new irrigation system for garden. supply and run drip irrigation. some existing lines can be used if they are functioning. Zone has existing hydra wise controller. Install a new hydra wise controller in a second zone and run approx 10 - 20m of drip irrigation

I suspect our Bosch gas hot water system needs maintenance. Main issue is with shower. Takes a long time to get the right temperature. Will be too hot and then takes ages for colder tap to bring down temperature. Qualified plumbers only please.

Loose kitchen tap need's tightening

Tap mixer loose and needs to be adjusted. Tight space between sink so I don't have right tools
