The fixings on the kitchen tap has corroded and broken. Need help install the tap back on the sink. Water is still flowing through the tap. No leaks. - Due date: Flexible

There is water leak under a stump house, potentially for a while now. The leak is from somewhere in the dirt that I could not see where it is from. The task is to identify the leak and fix it, the earlier the better. It is expected that you’ll have the necessary license and insurances as well as necessary tooling to do the job. Update: photos attached. Note the paper tissue is there to test water leak, it is not (or very unlikely) from sewer.

Old toilet had been removed, the existing fitting pan had been cut. Existing pipe is 80mm, new toilet pipe is 100mm, also need to offset pipe height about 20mm to fit the new toilet. New toilet is opened and in the room ready to install, silicone will be provided. Licensed tradesmen only please and certificate after job done. Can come most of the time during the day, prefer to be done within this week
