Fix tap dripping and increase tge flow in the second tap

Get the right adaptor for a 15mm male to 20mm female push fitting for water line. Connect the correct adaptor for double door fridge. Connect and test for no leakages. I have tried to connect as per photos however, water seems to be leaking every time the tap is turned on.
