There is concrete near the meter that may hinder the installation of the valve. The other work around may be to dig little bit the ground in front of the meter and install the valve there in a box. Scope is thus installation of the Pressure Limiting Valve and restoring the surroundings to the same position as before. Look at the attached photos. Water supply location is shown in the arrow. The extractor fan in the laundry doesnt work so there is excessive condensation when the dryer is in use (even with the window open). The walls and ceiling become wet. Mould will form eventually. Also in laundry the sink is not attached to the wall at all. It is just pushed against the back splash. Same as laundry laundry, tge kitchen sink is not installed. Its just dropped into the hole. No brackets or chaulking is fixing it in.
