Connect to existing water lines and check/replace flexi hoses and isolating valves only if required due to condition/corrosion (photo provided), with prior confirmation and quote. Commission the tap, verify correct temperature direction and flow, and test for leaks at all joints under running pressure.

Hi, We’d like a bidet hose installed next to our toilet. When an adaptor was added previously, we noticed a leak at the hose/adaptor connection (see photo). The main toilet isolation valve itself appears fine – the leak seems to be coming from the added connection rather than the wall or the toilet. We’d like someone to: - Check the existing adaptor/connection - Fix the leak properly (washer/adaptor if needed) - Install the bidet hose correctly Photos available.

Hi Guys, It appears there’s a local blockage near the sink trap (P-trap or S-trap). We suspect a buildup of lint, soap scum, food debris, or grease within the trap or immediate outlet. The renter has already attempted to use a chemical drain cleaner to break down the blockage, but the water is still not draining properly. As this is a laundry sink, it’s likely that lint and detergent residue from the washing machine have accumulated over time and caused the restriction in flow. We recommend inspecting and cleaning the trap, and if necessary, using a drain snake or camera to confirm if the blockage extends further down the line. Please provide quotation on the repairs, I have given a tentative estimate of the costing.

Replace bath tub drain (see photo) Actual drain is broken and needs replacement and to be sealed. All pipes are good.

Looking for a plumber/handyman to fix a few toilet issues: 1. Partially blocked toilet – Flushes but the bowl fills up and takes a long time to go down. 2. Leaking toilet and leaking kitchen tap require repair

Install a new toilet at the same spot with a larger 100mm pvc (existing pipe is 80mm). It’s located upstairs. Preferred toilet is from Reece Posh Solus Square Close Coupled Back to Wall Bottom Inlet Toilet Suite.

10 yr old Miele Dishwasher has started leaking from the bottom but can’t access to see if something easy to fix? Have video highlighting a very slow leak but can’t post.
