The extractor fan in the laundry doesnt work so there is excessive condensation when the dryer is in use (even with the window open). The walls and ceiling become wet. Mould will form eventually. Also in laundry the sink is not attached to the wall at all. It is just pushed against the back splash. Same as laundry laundry, tge kitchen sink is not installed. Its just dropped into the hole. No brackets or chaulking is fixing it in.

As this is a laundry sink, it’s likely that lint and detergent residue from the washing machine have accumulated over time and caused the restriction in flow. We recommend inspecting and cleaning the trap, and if necessary, using a drain snake or camera to confirm if the blockage extends further down the line.
