I want a high quality replacement. 2) It also looks like there has been some dodgy repair work to the dishwasher hose. Should that be repaired or replaced as well? Cheers.

Hi. There is water leak from water pipe that located under LHS concrete door step. Need to drill concrete to get access. Same issues have been happended near RHS of door step 1 years ago and resolved.

My current kitchen mixer tap is leaking from its base, causing water to seep into the particleboard under the sink. I will supply a new tap (pull out mixer) and would like it to be properly secured. The particleboard under the sink already has some water staining. I'm looking for someone experienced with plumbing and tap repairs/installations, so that the the leak does not reoccur. A qualified plumber would be preferred, but an experienced handyman with proven tap repair skills will also be considered.

Hey, I got a toilet blocked in my house, it's a double-story townhouse, the blocked toilet was located in ground floor next to laundry room. It's blocked and water goes down slowly, all other bathrooms/toilets in the house are working perfect. Hence just need 1 toilet unblock work to be done. Ideally on 27th May. Shower base which is 90 by 90 is currently tiled but it’s not even, water is not draining due to that. This house is going to be demolished in next ten months. I need a solution so that this shower can be usable until then. So any innovative way to fix and with a reasonable budget is ok.

Add a tap from the current pipe outside

Licensed plumber required this Tuesday 1. Make the T join for the inlet tap (about 25cm straight down to floor from the existing pipe) 2. Hook up a toilet waste pipe from outside wall to wherever you think it must go. Refer to photo with blue circle depicting hole in wall 3. Issue compliance cert A new toilet suite will already be assembled and installed with pan connector poking through wall. The existing water pipe will be exposed for east access, the plaster board will already be demoed

Remove old vanity, put new one Install drain and new toilet

The washing machine is fitted with pipes but the one connecting to the tap is leaking. Need to fix it
