I’m looking for a licensed plumber to complete a small bathroom plumbing job in Oakleigh, Melbourne. Scope of work: 1. Remove existing toilet with an S-trap (waste outlet through the floor). 2. Install a new toilet with a P-trap configuration (waste outlet through the wall), including any necessary plumbing modifications to accommodate the change. 3. Ensure all connections are properly sealed and tested for leaks. The new toilet will be supplied.

My laundry washing machine tap leaks when the machine is running. The leak is coming through the handle/spindle area, not at the hose connection point — so I believe the issue is an internal one (worn O-ring, spindle packing, or similar). I attempted to fix it myself but don't have the skills or right tools to complete the job.
