Connecting new fridge to an existing plumbing connection on the wall

I have a loose kitchen sink tap and a leak underneath the sink

I need the mixer tap on my kitchen sink changed. I have the replacement tap. I'm an Aged Pensioner on a very limited budget.

Plumber to do same basic tap maintenance and toilet flange needs replacing, toilet always has a residual smell. See photos of dropping taps and shower

Need to relocate a mixer tap as it keeps leaking in its current location. The wood has worn out, best for a handy man to do as a new hole on the bench top is required

Moved into new house and washing machine outlet hose does not fit current set up

Existing setup is standard top-mount sink + gas cooktop. Prefer someone experienced with kitchen renovations/stone benchtops. We’ve had an intermittent plumbing issue over the past few months affecting one drainage line in a single-storey house. Symptoms: - Gurgling sound when flushing the toilet or running water - Toilet water level rises temporarily when flushing, then settles - Happens intermittently (1-3x a week), however has been happening more frequently Setup: - The affected line services toilet + shower + kitchen sink - There is a second plumbing line in the house that is unaffected What we’ve tried: Ran a ~4.5m drain snake down the shower drain. No blockage found at that depth Suspected causes: - Possible partial blockage further down the line, or - Blocked/restricted vent pipe Looking for: - Likely diagnosis - Rough quote or call-out cost - Availability to inspect and fix

Job 1) Blown washer on connector hose for dishwasher. Constant dripping: need replacing and reconnection of hose with good seal. I don’t have washers, and I think it looks like a standard 25mm? Hard to measure… <pic attached> Job 2) garden drip irrigation. Join in hoses keeps blowing and flooding the driveway. Have got T-Rex tape but not sure if that’s the best product. I’m sure it’ll do, but just need the join sealed. No pics of this sorry: but it is a pretty standard looking black hose.

Toilet Seat Hinge Issue – Needs Repair or Replacement The toilet seat is loose due to an issue with the mounting hinges. As shown in the attached photos: One or both of the hinge caps at the back of the toilet seat (the round stainless steel fittings) appear to be unstable or not fully secured to the porcelain base. The plastic anchor pegs underneath the hinges may not be locking properly or could be worn out, causing the seat to shift during use. The entire seat shifts or feels unstable when sat on, indicating that the mounting is no longer secure. I’m need of assistance to have it inspected and either tightened securely, or the hinges and/or mounting system replaced entirely if they are stripped or damaged. Please advise on next steps or if a professional can attend to fix or replace it. Thank you 😊

Toilet is blocked. The blockage is in the outside pipe, will need drainsnake to unblock.
