Symptoms: - Gurgling sound when flushing the toilet or running water - Toilet water level rises temporarily when flushing, then settles - Happens intermittently (1-3x a week), however has been happening more frequently Setup: - The affected line services toilet + shower + kitchen sink - There is a second plumbing line in the house that is unaffected What we’ve tried: Ran a ~4.5m drain snake down the shower drain. No blockage found at that depth Suspected causes: - Possible partial blockage further down the line, or - Blocked/restricted vent pipe Looking for: - Likely diagnosis - Rough quote or call-out cost - Availability to inspect and fix

Looking for a plumber to come and detect a water leak that I'm having in my laundry. I suspect it's from a tap. However I cannot detect the source of the water myself. Water is pooling below the trough and on the floor and coming up through the vinyl flooring.

Job 1) Blown washer on connector hose for dishwasher. Constant dripping: need replacing and reconnection of hose with good seal. I don’t have washers, and I think it looks like a standard 25mm? Hard to measure… <pic attached> Job 2) garden drip irrigation. Join in hoses keeps blowing and flooding the driveway. Have got T-Rex tape but not sure if that’s the best product. I’m sure it’ll do, but just need the join sealed. No pics of this sorry: but it is a pretty standard looking black hose.
