Hello, I have a very clogged drain. I have tried many draino solutions and a drain snake. No luck. Small drain and seems like you can take the the drain off. Help please!

I need help with replacing kitchen faucet pull-out spray hose. Date is after 5pm weekday this week.

I need my garden tap moved from the grass to up against the fence under the hose reel - would be no more than 3m move. You would need to dig out the line needed to move the tap and refill back with the soil dirt that came out etc

The old tap has a leak. It's a bit tricky to do it without the right tools. Please quote the work + the new tap. View photos for your reference

Toilet is blocked. The blockage is in the outside pipe, will need drainsnake to unblock.

Replace kitchen tap with new tap (new tap supplied) Re-attach pipe under bathroom sink with CLEAR silicone - pls BYO silicone (not white as it turns yellow) Replace section of down pipe outside as it has a hole in it (pls supply pipe) Replace or seal up another section of pipe on side of house bc it’s leaking (pls supply materials)

Water detectors have found a leaking tap outside that is causing internal water / mould damage. Tap and pipe needs to be replaced, access via internal plaster wall. I can arrange plasterer and painter once plumbing is fixed, unless this is in your scope of work. Not currently occupied, move in date this Friday 18/10, subject to change to next week, TBC.

There’s nothing wrong with existing mixers - they’re just old and I don’t like the look of them. One in bathroom and one in laundry. Have bought new taps. I need someone to install the new taps. Ensuite tap is dripping sometimes. I assume it just needs a new washer. Please supply. (That tap doesn’t need changing.)

I need the bathroom sink, and bath drain strainer/flange replaced. Not sure of the technical names for these. Both are rusty. Happy to procure the items for install or please provide product and install price. Please see images
