Our kitchen tap has come unstuck and is now leaning to one side so I need someone to fix it back in.

Looking for someone to: * Disconnect sink plumbing and gas cooktop before stone overlay benchtop install * Reconnect sink plumbing and gas cooktop after install * Install a new kitchen tap (we will supply the new tap) * Silicone/caulk neatly around sink/benchtop/oven once the stone overlay has been installed Will require 2 visits (before and after benchtop installation). Existing setup is standard top-mount sink + gas cooktop. Prefer someone experienced with kitchen renovations/stone benchtops. Please quote including licences (ie licensed plumber, gas fitter, electrician) and if you have experience with final silicone/caulking. We can work with you to schedule this job in at a time that suits you.

We’ve had an intermittent plumbing issue over the past few months affecting one drainage line in a single-storey house. Symptoms: - Gurgling sound when flushing the toilet or running water - Toilet water level rises temporarily when flushing, then settles - Happens intermittently (1-3x a week), however has been happening more frequently Setup: - The affected line services toilet + shower + kitchen sink - There is a second plumbing line in the house that is unaffected What we’ve tried: Ran a ~4.5m drain snake down the shower drain.
