As see in the photo, this space is in the process of starting renovation. Before work begins,need an additional water tap installed on the other side of the structure shown, for a washing machine, also need the drain outlet connected to the bathroom drainage.

Gutter needs a down pipe as that side is low compared to opposite side.when there is heavy rain water gets clogged up and leaks through the deck.

When the tap is open, part of the inlet water seems to return to flow down through the cabinet.
