Hi, I am looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and resolve a persistent bad smell coming from our toilet area. The smell seems to be coming from the base of the toilet or the drainage system. It might be a faulty seal, venting issue, or blockage. We would like someone to come out and assess the cause and provide a solution. Property is a single-storey home located in Milk Park Victoria 3082 Australia. Flexible with timing, preferably this week. Budget is for inspection and basic fix (e.g. seal replacement). I’m looking for a licensed plumber (Victoria) to inspect and, if safe and compliant, shorten two external pipes from my electric water heat pump. This is required to allow for the installation of a new gate, as the current pipe lengths obstruct its placement. The two pipes involved are: Condensate drain pipe (flexible plastic for water drainage) TPR (Temperature/Pressure Relief) valve drain pipe (metal). Both pipes currently run from the unit to the outside and are not connected to the internal plumbing. Access to the unit is clear. The selected plumber must: Be licensed in Victoria - Inspect the current installation and confirm if shortening is safe and compliant - If suitable, cut and re-terminate both pipes to clear the gate path - Ensure all modifications comply with Victorian plumbing regulations - Provide a Victorian Plumbing Compliance Certificate upon completion. Final payment will only be made once the compliance certificate has been provided. Please include everything in your quote (call-out + labour). Pipe under the sink is hissing with some water leaking

One of the mini stop valves under the kitchen sink is leaking slightly — about one drop every 15 seconds — from around the spindle/handle area. The leak stops when the tap on the sink is open, but I can’t leave it running all the time. It seems like the internal washer or o-ring might need to be replaced. I live in Mill Park, VIC. Looking for someone to inspect and fix it. Not an urgent job, but I’d like it done soon.

Toilet fills up and then slowly drains, bathroom drain fills up with water then slowly disappears. Have dried drain cleaners for a few days doesn't work.

Need drain outside unblocked. I’ve already had it unblocked 5 days ago but the blockage obviously hasn’t cleared. It’s a paper blockage and the plumber used a large plunger and it cleared in 2 minutes. Will definitely need a plumber with a cleaning machine this time. Need it done asap, today if possible, or tomorrow.

Need drain outside /toilet unblocked. The blockage is probably in the toilet drain as there is a lot of toilet paper coming out of drain outside. I’ve tried getting it out, but haven’t been able to unlock it.

In need of skilled person or Registered Plumber to relocate the plumbing pipe below the subfloor that blocking the access or to make a new access to the subfloor enough to fit an inspector. Thanks

Shower head is dripping water, I suspect it might to due to faulty shower mixers which may require replacement. I would need someone to inspect, find the problem and repair/ replace necessary parts

Gas burner stopped working. Needs to be repaired

I need a water leak in my laundry and bathroom faucet’s repaired. Leak is constant in laundry and coming from the base of the faucet. The bathroom has water dripping out of faucet constantly as well. Laundry faucet is broken as I tried to take it off , but it snapped as it’s completely corroded. One is bathroom is similar, so I’m not touching it. I’m home Thursday and Friday, so need this completed on those days or weekend. Any questions, please contact me.
