Hi, I need to 1. Replace the whole faucet for my kitchen as it is broken 2. My toilet garage is leaking therefore, the whole toilet needs to be removed and replace with a new toilet I have bought the faucet and the toilet from bunnings ( i will attached the photo down below of the item that i already bought) so only need you to install it. If you think that i miss some parts please let me know as i can buy it through bunnings again thank you

The hot water does not reach the shower head - only cold water comes out. Hot and cold water can be adjusted from the hand held part of the shower unit. According to google it could be mixing valve cartridge, a blocked or faulty diverter valve...

Toilet tank is dirty and smelling, needs to be cleaned professionally in case there is some sewage backing up. There's also two drains in bathroom that need to be cleaned due to drain flies. All need to be scrubbed well with a deep brush to get out all the built-up gunk (supplies not provided). Note it is an apartment building. It's just one bathroom.

Toilet flush buttons are very flimsy. Lifted the lid to see if I could find the problem and the sticks are very loose and disjointed. Lost one of the sticks as well :( also whenever I flush, water continues to run as if it is continuing to flush but doesn’t have enough water to do it. It takes forever for it to stop by itself and eventually the flush stops and the water replenishes. Please help! - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 16 December 2023

Daewood electronics fridge Every few hours it makes some very loud noise for a few minutes. Fridge seems to be working ok otherwise. Have noticed some water on the top shelf but food seems cold enough.

We need our new dryer to be installed. This job includes drilling a hole and venting it through a brick wall. We want someone with experience to do this. We also need our sink/laundry cabinet (see photos) to be installed/drilled on the wall. The plumbing is already in under the sink. It just needs to be lined up correctly and have the pipes reconnected to the new sink. We are swapping from a twin tub sink to a single sink. See photos to see the existing plumbing. You would need to supply any needed materials and equipment to complete the job
