1) Replace shower taps to shower mixer - Please purchase new shower mixer - Shower head is leaking. - Note: Double-tiled wall, the current setup uses extenders to bring the taps out to the correct depth, however, the extenders were installed prior to the second layer of tiles being installed and so the existing square holes in the tiles need to be cut open a bit more to enable a plumbing wrench to actually be put over the extenders and enable their removal. 2) Add washers to laundry taps and put the covers back on - Note: Double-tiled wall - similar to the above, the tiles will need to be cut open a bit more to enable a plumbing wrench to get over the extenders and remove them.

Haven't had hot water for the past few days, the water heater looks old, not sure how serious the problem is and how long will it take to repair. Happy to adjust the budget if required.

Hi, there seems to be an issue with our washing machine. It is leaking and we are unsure of the route of the problem, it could be a simple fix but we don’t want to be messing around with it. We are looking for someone handy to take a look at it to see if they would be able to easily fix it.

There is leak in the shower header of my apartment . I think we might need to replace the washers or valves in the tap ( both cold and hot)

The shower is leaking water. It would appear the tap cannot shutoff the water properly and needs replacing.

I have a Holman 4 outlet metal manifold that is connected to the garden tap. This has been working fine for quite a while but is now leaking (see photo). 3 of the outlets are connecting to an Orbit B-Hyve timer.
