Plastering for a fridge cavity that was recently built for my new kitchen. No cornice required. Approx 10m2. Photos attached. I will supply the materials.

There is a piece of plasterboard from the original ceiling of my home that has fallen loose and needs replacing/repair. Access is through the man-hole into the concealed ceiling (note the ceiling was dropped in a 1970s renovation). The entire flooring of this dropped ceiling will need to be completely cleared and cleaned (with an industrial vacuum) to prepare for insulation to be laid. Contractor to source materials and must have own industrial vacuum.

Seeking plasterer to cut and install cornice for installation in five rooms in our Northcote home. Cornice is 110x110mm section (photo attached). Fix Roof Leak & Repair Ceiling Plasterboard I’m looking for an experienced roofer/handyman to fix a roof leak and repair internal ceiling damage. Water is leaking through a box gutter and coming into the ceiling. It appears the issue is where two box gutters join, and water is seeping through the connection. The current silicone fix isn’t working, so I’m after a more permanent solution. Scope of work: • Identify and fix the source of the leak (box gutter join) • Provide a proper, long-term repair (not just silicone) • Repair and replace damaged ceiling plasterboard • Ensure the area is sealed and finished properly Please bring your own tools and materials. Patch up some holes in ceiling and cornices plus apply plaster to one side of a wall around 200 wide as demo was done and plaster was removed . 4 x half moon circles in ceiling. ( old Whirlybirds in roof) Will need a high ladder . Supply own products

Theres been some water damage to my carport. I need the ceiling to be replastered. Roughly a 3.6m by 2.5m patch needs to be fixed. This is from a leak in the roof due to an overflowing drain

I’m looking for a great handyman/woman or carpenter that can install 2 x curtain tracks for me next week. Pretty easy install, I’ve actually done one myself! Just don’t have time for this one. You’ll need to provide the correct tools, any special fixings (like plugs etc) and clean up perfectly after you finish. Ongoing work if you’re interested and we get along :)
