The pictures fireplace needs to be repointed (many loose bricks), replastered and then out the original cast iron fireplace back in place for decorative purposes.

Plaster repair and paint.

Exhaust flue needs to be removed and hole where flue was, plastered over. We had a split system installed and the old gas heater removed, but the flue was not taken. The flue should be easily removed by someone that knows how to do it and the wall around the flue, plastered over and painted with paint that we will supply.

Plastering to the bottom side of a window (which is elevated) has been peeling off, downward. This is on the inside of the house. Some loss of waterproofing with storms (leakage).

Kitchen has been demoed (photos are in progress), plasterer required to replaster where the tile backsplash used to be. Please additional small patches
