We are looking forward quotes to demolish an architectural plaster ceiling, install window panels snd replaster ceiling.

We need a to finish off these 4 doors, gyprock amd sand, vacuum sander required as the house is already occupied.

Water ingress has damaged some of the plasterboards in the ceiling and they need replacing, sanding and painting. The flat is on the third floor in a walk up block. Am looking for a quote as it's an insurance job, then job will be allocated.

The PowerPoint in the wall has ripped out because our framed picture above fell on top of it. The PowerPoint wiring is fine that is not damaged. I need someone to put back the PowerPoint back into the wall securely and cleanly.

The wooden handrail came off the wall and requires some plastering to reconnect it. The top join is loose and can't be screwed back in (loose, plaster is eroded). We unscrewed the other joins so it didn't rip off more plaster due to the weight of the railing. I'm not sure if it's screwed into wood behind the plaster for strength. - Due date: Flexible

Hang 3 large framed prints onto a plasterboard wall. Provide correct hooks. Prints weigh approx 12kg and measure 160cm H x 115cm W. Previous experience hanging art required. - Due date: Before Monday, 2 January 2023

Our small study (3.46 x 3.63m) needs an overhaul: 1. Remove the shelves and cupboards (as per picture) which are attached to the wall in our study. 2. Build skirting board where cupboards are being removed (see picture) 1 x 53cm and 1 x 137cm. 3. Plaster the wall from which these items were removed. 4.
