Install single gang 10A power point in hollow gyprock wall, using an existing power outlet on other side of wall as feed.

A section of plaster wall will be removed from stud to stud to access plumbing on the other side (see photo where I have highlighted the area that is going to be effected). The removed area will be approximately 1 m² the entire wall area itself slightly larger.
