We require a glass cutter to be mounted onto the wall in our studio. The wall it drywall, there are no studs, and just concrete/brick underneath, so it will need long masonry screws for it to go through the plaster and well into the brick wall behind. The mortar seems pretty soft in some areas so we just want someone who will be able to do this properly as it’s a heavy item (approximately 25-30kg) and there will be someone to help also. We have all the fixings and braces ready to go, it just requires holding and drilling in to make secure. Expect it to take no longer than an hour I hope!

Portion of the outdoor terrace ceiling is broken due to water damage. The cause of water has been repaired but we now need a plasterer to repair and repaint. Ideally, not the the entire ceiling has to be replaced, just the one side. After, whole ceiling needs one coat of white outdoor semi-gloss paint.

ISO plaster repairs and painting in affected areas for my one bed apartment in West Brunswick. In the lounge (first photo), we’ve got some cracking where the walls meets the ceiling and then a stepped down crack on the corner.
