I had a leak which has now been fixed. The ceiling is completely dry. But I need the plaster repaired.

We had to retrieve a possum from behind a plaster wall and this now needs repairing.

We need a mirror and a painting hung onto the walls in the bedroom. Both walls are plasterboard.

The outlet is loose from the drywall and needs to be fixed again and sealed and sand and patch around the outlet. Other outlets need frame replacement and dimmer channel, they broke just wear and tare.

We require a glass cutter to be mounted onto the wall in our studio. The wall it drywall, there are no studs, and just concrete/brick underneath, so it will need long masonry screws for it to go through the plaster and well into the brick wall behind. The mortar seems pretty soft in some areas so we just want someone who will be able to do this properly as it’s a heavy item (approximately 25-30kg) and there will be someone to help also. We have all the fixings and braces ready to go, it just requires holding and drilling in to make secure. Expect it to take no longer than an hour I hope!

Portion of the outdoor terrace ceiling is broken due to water damage. The cause of water has been repaired but we now need a plasterer to repair and repaint. Ideally, not the the entire ceiling has to be replaced, just the one side. After, whole ceiling needs one coat of white outdoor semi-gloss paint.
