we are looking to remove the bones of an old wardrobe at our apartment in Windsor and was hoping you would be available to fix the plaster holes it will leave. Ceilings are 2.7m. Due to the condition of the wall I think it could be good to replace the whole wall? And there will be a patch on the roof also. We will await to remove the wardrobe until we have plastering lined up so we aren’t left with a hole in the roof. So I can’t provide exact images yet.

Fill the Holes: Use a heavy-duty filler like wood filler or a rapid-setting joint compound (e.g., Gyprock Rapid Patch). These harden more robustly than standard putty and can better hold a screw once dry. Smooth and Finish: Once the filler is completely dry, sand the area lightly with 120-grit sandpaper until flush with the ceiling. Apply a primer and paint to match the ceiling. 2. Secure Reinstallation, use hollow wall anchors or screw-in anchors.

The plaster around the light fitting is damaged. The electrician will remove the light, you will fix the plaster and apply some paint to match, and the electrician will come back to fit the light back in.

Few varied jobs needed. Mostly looking for plasterer who does clean work and can leave paintable surfaces for me that are free of awful visible plaster lines. 1) Re-plastering of a roof, roof is currently spackled with some cracks. Open to suggestion for best way to manage a nice looking new roof (even if it needs to be a "false roof" on top of what's already there) 2) Adding new ceiling cornices after taking down old ones. 3) Filling in a kitchen/dinning "pass through" window visible in picture 4) Creating a new door + filling in the old door space to a bedroom. Please note that it's a double brick home, will likely have brick half way up the inside of the wall where the new door will need appropriate tools. Open to quotes for specific jobs in the list or to handle the whole lot. Qualified and able to demonstrate some previous work that you have completed please. Will not be considered otherwise
