I need help with mounting my new Samsung 'The Frame' TV to the wall, with the cables hiden inside the wall. It is a 65 inch TV, the mount is inside the box, and the wall is plaster, with a power point just below where the TV will be. Additionally I would like my sound bar mounted to the wall also. I need someone to cut out and replace the centre 3000mm * 3000mm part of the ceiling. It all has water damage. It is not just replacing the hole you can see, but a larger square in the room. You will need to cut out the larger square and then replace. I will get the electrical disconnected prior to you starting. It is located on the ground floor of a two story townhouse.

We have a hallway that has existing old slated plaster. Hallway is 8m long by 1.4m wide and 3.3m high ceiling. All the plaster need to be pulled off and removed from site.

I need a paint match on my walls, there is 4 walls and 2 ceilings with small patches that need also to be painted. My real estate agent does not know the color of the walls and ive tried painting them twice with the wrong color. No need to paint the whole wall. Empty accommodation. I dont have pictures of all the patches but they are all relatively the same. In 1 room theres 5 patches on two walls, 4 on the ceiling. In another room theres one on the ceiling, in another room theres 3 on one wall and in another theres one on one wall. Same paint everywhere, no bigger than 20cmx20cm. Could use sample pot, thatd be enough.

A new wall hung vanity will be installed over tiles. Replace all walls with new WR Plasterboard. Only Vanity area replace with 6mm cement sheet. 2) Toilet 2 around 2.3M depth x 1.76M width x 2.1M height. Ensure all original Disabled railing will be reinstalled at the same position. Replace all walls with WR plasterboard. 3) Kitchenette area just 1 wall , 2.3M depth x 2.1M height. Replace only Kitchenette unit Wall. 4) Fix skirting board area damaged plasterboard 5) Fix Damaged wall in warehouse area 6) Fix a few holes inside downstairs area. 7) Refit 3 fire extinguisher brackets on proper noggins. My housemates and I have come to the end of our lease and there are a few holes in the walls from moving in/ out. Just need someone to come and plaster + paint over the holes.
