A timber stud/support needs to be added in the ceiling so the top bracket can be securely fixed. Some plasterboard around the fixing area will need to be cut/opened to install the support, then repaired and patched afterwards for a neat finish. Experience with shelving installation and plaster repair and paint finish preferred.

There are 2 sections of aesthetic damage on the house I am currently leasing that need to be repaired. Both about 10cm. 1) The structural wood beam to the right of the front door has been chipped and needs to be bogged and re-painted. We have the paint required but nothing else. 2) There is also a hole in the plaster inside my cupboard. About the size of a golf ball (see pic). I need the plasterboard patched and painted. Again I have the paint needed but nothing else. We need to get this done sometime between now and Thursday Jan 8th at the absolute latest as we have an inspection directly afterwards. I need a craft shelving unit cut down to size the bulkhead extended in height and plastered ready for paint. The goal is to be able to install a split system AC on the face so of course framing behind the plaster is required.

Paintings that were stuck on with a 'quick release' sticky tape have ripped off the paint on several walls in an apartment as well as two dents to be fixed, all patched and painted if need be.
