Plaster, sand and repaint small area

Need someone to sand a deck using a belt sander. All equipment is provided just labour required Deck is 5 x 4 meters

Wanting to paint the outside of house a dark grey and window frames, carport. Everywhere you see the burgundy

We have two bedrooms which need the final plaster applied to the plasterboard joints. Materials to finish the job are on site, although a sander will be required

I putty and foundation wall and ceiling I need to give the hand someone to finish the work on time.

We have a 9m x 4m pergola structure we would like painted (2 coats) some time over the next week so we can build the roof. The post do not need to be painted as they will be getting stained. We supply paint, you supply tools. We are on a budget so cheapest quote will be given the job.
