Plaster, sand and repaint small area

Need someone to sand a deck using a belt sander. All equipment is provided just labour required Deck is 5 x 4 meters

Wanting to paint the outside of house a dark grey and window frames, carport. Everywhere you see the burgundy

We have two bedrooms which need the final plaster applied to the plasterboard joints. Materials to finish the job are on site, although a sander will be required
