Wanting 5 internal doors installed. Doors would need handles installed also. Yet to purchase doors/handles - just wanting to get a rough quote.

I need door handle installed on internal bedroom door. Remove existing handle and give to owner and replace with keyed door handle. Job is install only. Door handle will be supplied.

Need an internal door to be cut down to size, fitted to door frame, with hinges and internal hardware supplied. Door has been pre-primed and painted, however, final paint touch ups will be completed by me, post installation. Photos include the required finished example and door that is ready to be hung. Must have own tools for the job.

Repair loose internal door hinge. Hinge screws have pulled out and holes are stripped. Need hinge holes repaired/reinforced and hinge securely refitted/aligned. Please bring appropriate timber dowel, screws and tools.

Internal door is too close to door jamb latch to close. Misaligned hinges as gap wider on opposite jamb. Currently removed bottom screws on hinge, so door propped against wall as per photos.

I have an internal painted door that previously had a hole in it. The hole was repaired using wood filler/wood dust, but the repair was not finished properly and the patched area is still visible. I’m looking for an experienced handyman/painter to professionally redo/finish the repair so that the surface is smooth, level and blends with the rest of the door as closely as possible, with no obvious patch marks. The existing repair may need to be sanded back, levelled/re-filled as required, primed and painted. I’m happy for the whole face of the door to be repainted if that will give a cleaner and more consistent finish, rather than just touching up the repaired area. Please include all materials, filler, primer and paint required in your offer. Photos attached showing the current condition. The main priority is the quality of the finish. I want the repaired area to be difficult to identify once completed. Please let me know whether you recommend repairing/refinishing the existing patch or another approach to achieve the best result.

Need a normal indoor door closer for my internal office door at home. Happy for you to supply one or I can get it from bunnings if you can recommend one that you know works well and has a good soft close that can also be pinned open.

I am looking for a chippy who can help me with 4 jobs. 1: Replace 5 internal door passage sets with new ones. The existing ones are all broken after 70 years so needs to be swapped out. 2: install a cavity slider privacy set to the bathroom cavity slider. There isn’t a lock on it now. 3: replace the front door dead lock as the key only goes in one way. There is an existing deadlock lock so I’m replacing like for like so hopefully reasonably straight forward swap out. There is also a bolt in the front door which needs adjusting. 4: plane the back door as it is catching on the bottom and adjust the door so it swings freely. It’s not bad but needs a plane on the door or the sill. Everything is being painted so can patch anything as needed. Looking for someone on either Friday 25th or Saturday 26th Sept. Thanks

All our doors use the same builder hardware, so it's really one measure-up plus a count: - Measure one door for the specs I need to order: backset, door thickness, spindle size, rose/backplate size - Walk through and confirm the count and type — passage vs privacy/lock vs any keyed doors (roughly 12 sets total) - Give me a simple written list I can hand to the shop so I order the exact right parts I'll buy the hardware myself once I have your list. **Install will be a second booking with you** once the sets arrive — happy to agree that price on the day so you've got the full job locked in.
