My salon ceiling has water damage and a small section around a downlight that has cracked. The ceiling will likely need the damaged plasterboard cut out, replaced, patched and made ready for painting. Photos attached. Ideally someone who has experience with ceiling repairs and downlights. My door isn’t locking and it needs to be adjusted/ fixed so it locks properly. When the door is closing it’s not clicking over to actually lock. It’s bouncing back out and not locking.

We have an internal door that no longer closes properly — likely due to slight movement in the house and/or a latch issue. From what I can tell: - The door seems slightly misaligned in the frame (may need planing/sanding or hinge adjustment) - The latch/strike plate may not be lining up properly - The handle itself might also need attention (happy to replace internal mechanism if required, but would like to keep the existing handles) Looking for someone who can: - Adjust hinges and/or sand the door if needed - Realign latch/strike plate - Replace internal latch mechanism if faulty (I can cover cost of parts if needed) NOTE: This functional fix only - it doesn’t need to be a perfect cosmetic finish. Ceiling fan in the living room of my unit is not working, this is for both the built in light and the fan. It was like that when I’ve moved in so don’t know what it wrong.
