Hi, I have a 240 cm long gap between the metal wall and the floor in my walkway. Water and grease are leaking through to the next shop. I’m looking for a simple, affordable fix: • Install a thin aluminium flashing strip along the bottom of the metal wall (the wall is uneven, so the flashing just needs to be flexible). • Seal the bottom edge fully with Sikaflex 11FC to stop water pushing through. No need to remove the metal wall or do any major rebuild. This should be a 45 min- 1 hour job. Please let me know your best offer
