Weekly Home Maintenance & Handyperson — Clontarf, Sydney Overview We’re looking for a reliable, proactive handyperson for an ongoing weekly engagement at our home in Clontarf on the Northern Beaches. Approximately 3–5 hours per week, with a consistent set of recurring tasks plus ad hoc jobs each visit. Note: we have separate contractors for pool maintenance, gardening, and cleaning — this role is specifically for general home maintenance, small repairs, and practical odd jobs. The goal is to ensure optimal performance and identify any issues before summer. Required: • Clean filters, coils, and casing of indoor unit • Check airflow, refrigerant levels, and electrical connections • Inspect drain lines and general operation • Confirm unit is running efficiently and safely • Provide brief summary of findings or recommendations Potential Follow-On Work: If the job is done well, we’re looking to install a new split system in another room and would prefer to engage the same Tasker for continuity.
