Hi handy people, have a job that I need help on. Don't know pricing but please quote Need to have my rear timber decking ripped out and replaced with new timber, the current timber deck is rotting away. The supporting timber beam underneath the deck is strong, the post is also strong and does not need to be replaced. please see measurement in diagram. Need the deck to be oiled afterwards, the timber of the deck can be if different width does not have to be same as the old one. please supply all material and also Need to also dispose all rubbish (timber) Also need odd Maintenace jobs done as well, there are 2 x rectangle fibro sheets covering gaps that has been damaged and will need to be replaced see image with cross. there is also a piece of timber Lattice 0.8 x 0.8 that is currently used to block small kids crawling under the house, i just need this piece to be nailed drilled whatever it is so the kids can't get access to under the house, one of the picture u can see the timber lattice up, there is a piece next to it that has come loose, i cannot add any more pictures to show. I also need 6 small holes in the bedroom ceiling to be filled in with hole filler, i had to move replace a ceiling fan and now it has left 6 small hoes from the old fan they are the 2 biggest hold is the size of 10 cent coin and the other 4 are drill size old. - Due date: Flexible
