Simple assembly job, but very expensive and important piece of equipment. Nothing technical but unable to get to all locations myself as these devices are required across every state in Australia. Open to recommendations and any connections in other states if you have them. Activities to be completed are: 1. Travel to the address, and bolt onto a specialised mat on the roof. Or: 2. Assemble a ground stand, similar to a small TV antenna tripod (15-20 mins) 3. Bolt on a metal plate to the top of the stand (10 mins) 4. Bolt on the hail sensor device to the plate (5 mins) 5. Wake the device with the back of a screwdriver - instructions to follow (5 mins) 6. Place bessa blocks / safety bollards from Bunnings to secure equipment to floor mat (to be delivered to you prior to job) Specific diagrams and instructions will be provided upon acceptance. This particular job is in York St Sydney CBD a smaller boutique coffee place it requires the ceiling in the kitchen (around 15sqm) removed/demolished so that the air conditioning tech, sparky and plumber can install the new air conditioning. Then you will be required to return and re-hang a new ceiling, stop up sand with top coat ready for painting. We need to operate in a narrow window to ge the store back open. We will demolish first, then return a week later and install the ceiling. It is likely we will need a new access panel and battens depending on finish product. I am happy to pay for the materials for you and pay an agreed hourly rate as long as you are reasonable. If you could dispose of the rubbish and repaint that would also be ideal. You will need drop sheets and a ladder. Advertised rate is for the quotation only and agreed rate can be discussed. This is not a one and done project there will be ongoing work.
