Looking for someone to remove one remaining picture frame that is attached with Gorilla Glue mounting tape. I've already removed the other two frames myself, but this last one is firmly stuck and I haven't been able to remove it. I need all three picture frame locations patched, repaired, sanded and painted so the wall looks as seamless as possible. I will supply the paint. Please bring all other tools and materials required, including filler, sandpaper, brushes/rollers, and anything else needed. Thank you

Our air conditioning system was recently repaired, and part of the plasterboard (Gyprock) ceiling had to be cut to complete the work. There are now three openings in the ceiling, each approximately 20 × 20 cm, which need to be repaired. In addition, the existing air-conditioning grille needs to be relocated because the indoor unit has been repositioned. This will require cutting a new opening in the ceiling so the grille can be installed in the correct location, and repairing the previous grille opening. We also require the repaired areas of the ceiling to be repainted so that the finish matches the existing ceiling. I've attached two photos showing the ceiling. The holes that require repair are marked with stars, and the arrow indicates the new location where the air-conditioning grille should be installed.

Hi everyone, I need someone to go to Bunnings tomorrow and purchase around a dozen key rings that are 30 mm wide. We then need someone to go to a customer's home in Wooloware and fit these off for the customer. Must be done tomorrow (Monday) I've attached a few photos. Essentially one of the Lobster clips has lost its spring and is no longer attaching. Therefore instead of replacing these individually we're just going to put key rings on each of the rings to reinforce the support for good measure. My bathroom has a concertina door and I want to replace with a hinged door. There are hinges and door strike on the door frame from before.
