Frayed Roman blind chord needs repair

There are three holes in walls that need to be repaired (plastered / painted with colour match). Two holes are in the same wall (see photo, with cardboard covering the larger hole). There is a third hole (not in photo) of the same size as the smaller pictured hole in another wall. The larger hole was caused by the removal of an old gas heater and the two smaller holes were caused by the removal of intercoms. I would like the repairs to blend into the wall - ie smooth detail and colour match.

The support for a 9yo Kresta motorised awning has fallen out and needs replacement.

I have a built cupboard with a hanging rack for my clothes but it falls down a lot (easily removed). I need a new rack installed that can hold all my clothes up

External bi-fold doors have a broken hinge and won’t close and need to be fixed.

Installation of children’s gymnastic bars

We’ve just moved into a house (five bedroom). I’m seeking a handyman to help with hanging artwork (approx 10 pieces, inc a couple of large, medium and small), removing some old fixtures (eg old telephone on the wall, old clothes line on the outside wall, old security sensors) and wall mounting items like the vacuum and mop. I’m looking for someone to help on Thursday 11 December or Friday 12 December.

Temporary fix of fibro cement cladding until it is replaced. Area to be replaced is on a balcony that will need to be accessed by a ladder approximately 6m long. Need to bring your ladder as I don't have one. Balcony is no longer used and thus access is over the balcony railing. Only one panel to fix. Have purchased replacement fibre cement board, screws and adhesive.

4m2 of 6mm FC and 4m2 of gyprock to put on the ceiling. FC to be base coat. Ceiling to be top coat. Sheets supplied base coat and top coat to be supplied.

The hinges of our kitchen cupboard door has come off and needs to be reattached. Airtasker to supply new hinges (if needed).

One large stone paver to be installed at front gate. Requires cutting and an appropriate base layer. Temporary wooden paver currently in place (see photos). Needs to be on a weekend.

Small garden gate, hinge bolts to a brick wall are broken/missing

We need someone to replace the hinges on our front gate. We have the new hinges but need the old ones removed and the new ones installed. The screws on the current hinges are old and won’t come off easily.

Underside of shopfront awning needs replacement, preferably with white aluminium panels. Old ceiling removed and disposed of. Approx 5 x 2.5 metres. Tested negative for asbestos. Requires council application for pavement closure.

Removal of some light fittings so that painter can paint. Quite on ceiling fans installation, light switch changes & light fitting installation.
