Privacy screen installation over Strata boundary wall facing footpath

I have a big door in bedroom that open in balcony. I measured it to be 260cms height and 155 cms width approximately. We want a flyscreen installed without any drilling. Since this is a rental, it has to be temporary. I m attaching the images - have a look and let me know how it can be done.

I have the screws etc. required to put into the furniture but not the anchors etc. for the wall. 2. Install curtain rod brackets for 7 windows, again with safety in mind. Hi I need a wall mounted monitor arm and the monitor installed on a plasterboard wall. I think there’s a stud behind where it needs to be installed (see photo of stud finder on the wall). The reason I want this specific monitor arm is that I want to use it sitting and standing. I’ve attached photos of the space, as well as screenshots of the specific monitor arm and monitor. Please have a look and let me know if you see any potential issues with this installation.

After painting the bathroom door, it is not closing and need a handyman to cut or chisel the base so that it can close cleanly. Its a bathroom door within an apartment.

Floating shelf needs fixing on gyprock wall. It is leaning last tradie stuffed it up just refit the shelf on timber studs and heavy duty plaster fixings also.

I need a door handle replaced (already have supplied) and two toilet roll holders replaced (already have supplied) this is just for the labour.
