Need someone with roofing experience to repair the roof, before insurance can complete the remaining task. This is what they have asked: issues - The chimneys flashing has no sealant. - The chimney is open to water entry, consequently allowing ingress, which caused damage to the bathroom ceiling. - The valley has surface rust. - The back skillion roof has no transition flashing. There are gaps between the joints of the roof sheets which may cause ingress. - The roof sheets are offloading onto a section of trim deck which is different in shape. It also has no transition flashing. - To provide extra screws to the back skillion roof to eliminate gaps and prevent ingress. - To provide transition flashing to ensure water tightness. - To remove the chimney or seal the flashing and provide a cover to the opening, to prevent further ingress. - To clear the roof and gutters from debris. Happy to keep the chimney to avoid unnecessary cost.
