Find an experienced handyman in NSW

We have a large roller door that has a bolt at the top which is coming loose causing the door to sag a bit and not roll smoothly. I don't have the right tools to get at the bolt. Need some assistance. Thanks, Jeff

I have attached photo of DC isolator below. The electrician does not tend to come to the Queanbeyan area very often as they are based in Canberra so trying to get someone else to get this done.
