Find an experienced handyman in North Bondi

I need this chin up bar attached to my son's bedroom wall. The wall I think is made of brick or concrete because I have tried to screw screws into it before, to put up shelves, but my electric drill wasn't able to cut through whatever is behind the gyprock. As you can see in the photos I have made a few holes! They are below where the Chin bar will go though. The job is in North Bondi and any time between 10 am and 6 pm will work. I'd like to get this job done before Tuesday

I had a man come to install these shelves. I’m not sure what happened, one fell off and he never came back to fix it. One that managed to stay on the wall might need to be adjusted slightly or the gap filled with something so it doesn’t look so poorly done. I need the job done before 4pm today.

Front door side panel isn’t fixed to floor or jamb. The bolt arrangement is flimsy and doesn’t withstand the door getting slammed. Need to replace or make good side panel so it’s fixed panel.

We have an internal bathroom door handle that has broken and needs fixing or replacing. The latch spring is too far out and the handles don’t move the latch in and out.
