An old home intercom system has been removed from next to front door and on stairway leaving 2 holes. They need to be filled, gyprocked, patched and painted. I have the paint but I have no other material - I do not have render / gyprock materials etc

The planter box above the garage has cracks everywhere and need to be fixed is also leaking water. I need a landscaper to remove the soil and the plants and then put them back once the planterbox is fixed

We have an internal bathroom door handle that has broken and needs fixing or replacing. The latch spring is too far out and the handles don’t move the latch in and out.
