Jobs required: * Install 2 baby safety gates on staircase (different models) * Mount 2 small IKEA wooden children’s bookshelves to walls * Hang 1 large wall mirror * Install 3 bathroom hooks (drilling into tiled walls required) * Potentially install 1 toilet roll holder All items supplied. Please bring your own tools and appropriate wall fixings. Important: The bathroom hooks require drilling into tiles. You must have experience drilling into bathroom tiles and bring the correct tile drill bits and equipment to ensure the tiles don’t crack or chip. The baby gates must also be installed securely according to manufacturer instructions, particularly as they’re being used on stairs. Looking for someone experienced, reliable and efficient who can complete everything in one visit. Please quote for the complete job, including any necessary fixings.

Looking for an experienced handyman or locksmith to repair three internal door handles in our house. * Bathroom: Handle needs realigning. * Lounge: Handle needs repairing and realigning. Handle doesn’t spring back up, preventing the door from latching. * Kitchen: Handle doesn’t spring back up, preventing the door from latching. The house has older decorative brass handles, which we’d like to retain. Ideally looking for someone experienced with older mortice latch mechanisms who can repair the existing fittings or replace internal components if necessary. Please bring suitable tools.

Hand 1 curtain rod in a bedroom onto a rendered brick wall.

Need someone to: - drill some clean holes in the wall to hang decoration and fixing - removing and fixing some other holes that I don’t want and plugging the holes in the wall (see photo) - installing curtain rods - oiling the sliding windows to the garden And a few other bits and pieces. Install Kings Rooftop Tent onto Rhino-Rack Pioneer 6 I need someone experienced with rooftop tent and Rhino-Rack installations to correctly mount my Kings rooftop tent onto my Rhino-Rack Pioneer 6 platform. The issue: The Kings tent has two long aluminium mounting rails underneath it and came with M8 mounting hardware. The problem is that the Kings mounting brackets supplied with the tent are too short/narrow to properly go underneath the Rhino-Rack Pioneer 6 slats. The tent rails themselves can sit on top of the Pioneer, but I need the correct hardware/bracket solution to securely connect them. I’ve already tried a few different channel nut solutions, but they haven’t worked. What I need: * Inspect the tent, existing Kings mounting rails and Pioneer 6 platform. * Work out the correct way to securely mount the tent to the Pioneer 6. * Ideally retain the existing Kings mounting rails. * Use M8 hardware. * Ensure the mounting is properly secured and suitable for normal road use. * Supply/install any additional brackets or hardware required (happy to pay separately for parts). * No drilling/modification without discussing it with me first. I already have the tent and Rhino-Rack installed on the vehicle. Important: I’m looking for someone who has experience with rooftop tents/Rhino-Rack systems and can determine the correct mounting solution, rather than simply improvising with bolts. I have a fly screen at the window, I can feel the mesh but I cant figure out if the mechanism is broken. The window is 1500w and 1200h. I can feel the screen and it’s a roller mechanism but I don’t know if it is broken or stuck. The fly screen is on the outside of window.

Pantry Drawers: Install 4 pull-out drawers inside a pantry cupboard (drilling into Laminex/particleboard). Wall-Mounted Clothes Racks: Install 2 fold-away drying racks. 1 mounted onto an internal brick wall in the laundry and 1 mounted onto tiled wall in the bathroom. Vacuum Charger Dock: Wall-mount the charging station for a vacuum (drilling into Laminex/woodboard cabinet surface). Towel Rail: Securely fix/re-install a loose towel rail in the bathroom (requires drilling into wall tiles). Picture frame: Install large picture frame on brick wall (24x36 inch) Must have proper tools (drill, level, diamond/masonry bits for clean tile drilling without cracking). Experience with masonry, tile mounting, and flat-pack/cabinetry hardware.

The Drip tray caught fire on Thursday 3 knobs burned off...think its salvageable. 6 years Old.

General handyman needed for a number of jobs around the house including fixing up and painting small areas where the plaster has come off the internal walls in a few places, filling in one crack on external wall by front door, touching up paint on door frames, fixing one broken closet door handle and building one flat pack dressing table.
