I’ve recently moved into a new place and there are a few jobs that I need help with: - Air conditioner remote sync - Bathroom extraction fan make a noise - Bathroom toilet seat loose - Water leak from pipe - Tighten toilet paper holders - Doorbell at gate not working - Remove screws & hooks from living room walls patch up Need someone to come try to fix the above, or for things they can’t fix help advise what trades person I need.

Gap behind kitchen sink needs resealing and mould inspection. The silicone seal between my Caesarstone benchtop and the wall behind the kitchen sink has gradually failed over the past year, leaving a gap of approximately 2-3mm. On close inspection the gap appears mouldy inside. The job requires: • Removal of all old silicone • Inspection of the gap for mould and assessment of substrate condition (possible water damage to board underneath) • Treatment of any mould found • Fresh neutral-cure silicone reseal Please only quote if you have experience with Caesarstone or stone benchtops and kitchen silicone work.

Hi my son accidentally broke this because he had a few friends hang off it at the one time, and just wondering if we could possibly fix it. The wall has a gap between the interior surface and the brick wall that goes through to the outside of the front of the house, so I'm not sure if it can be filled with anything and then fixed in the same spot or not. But after I would get my son to be more careful with it!

Require a handyman or labourer that’s good with tools to help: - disassemble and reassemble table tops to bases - install 4-5 shelves and a towel rack - paint skirting boards in 2 small entryways, 2 doors and a small window sill - fix dresser (drawers need more screws) Shelves, tables, towel rack and, sanding blocks, electric sander (if required), masking tape, drop sheets and paints are provided. I also have a multi tool and electric drill you may use. A trip to bunnings would be required to collect the right screws for some items. Willing to pay $56 per hour I’ll probably need 5 hours that day. Lots of other little jobs to come from this afterwards if work is good. :)

Fix cupboard door hinge: Hinges on a swinging cupboard door need adjusting or repairing so the door closes properly. I need this chin up bar attached to my son's bedroom wall. The wall I think is made of brick or concrete because I have tried to screw screws into it before, to put up shelves, but my electric drill wasn't able to cut through whatever is behind the gyprock. As you can see in the photos I have made a few holes! They are below where the Chin bar will go though. The job is in North Bondi and any time between 10 am and 6 pm will work. I'd like to get this job done before Tuesday
