Hello! We have water seeping from the grass and through the lower brickwork into our garage floor during rain. Looking for someone experienced in brickwork/waterproofing to assess and fix the issue. Likely needs repointing, sealing etc but will take your professional advice. Just two rows of bricks, 2460mm across Photos attached The goal is to stop any water entering through the brick permanently before getting the walls closed up. Need help fix hole in plaster wall

Complete replacement of the fan and the wall switch. We have an issue with our current fan where the lowest setting doesn't work, I have changed the capacitors in both the fan and wall switch and it's still only going at 50%. I have a full replacement from beacon and would like installed in the afternoon, 3.30 onwards. We want the existing two wall switches to be replaced into the light and fan combo that will come with the new fan. I will take care of plastering the spare hole on the wall.
