We need a qualified plumber to lower the hot and cold laundry taps (currently wall-mounted) to a point below waist height, so a countertop can be installed above the washing machine. The goal is for the taps to sit neatly underneath the new bench and out of sight. Details: • Wall appears to be single brick (not cavity or double brick). • Existing tap outlets and pipes will likely need to be rerouted lower within the same wall or externally chased. • Must ensure ADR-compliant pipework and clean finish. • The washing machine will remain in the same spot. • Access is relatively straightforward (standard laundry setup as pictured). • Job needs to be done without damaging surrounding cabinetry or tiling if possible. • Open to suggestions for a tidy boxed-in solution if chasing inside the brick isn’t ideal.
