Looking for a handyman to help with two small jobs at my house. 1. Small plaster + paint touch-ups Plantation shutters were recently removed and have left a few small holes/marks in the wall. Just needs basic patching, sanding and repainting to tidy it up. Paint is already supplied. This is only a small job, so a handyman is perfectly fine, no need for a professional painter. 2. Hang sheer curtains I’ve purchased sheer curtains from My Direct Blinds (5minute blinds) DIY - They come with a ceiling-mounted track and S-fold curtains that clip onto runners in the track and are operated with a wand. It’s a simple DIY install. The track just needs to be fixed to the ceiling and the curtains hooked on. Need repair of ceiling around exhaust fan from roof leak. Roof is repaired, but the ceiling is still showing damage.

We need a qualified plumber to lower the hot and cold laundry taps (currently wall-mounted) to a point below waist height, so a countertop can be installed above the washing machine. The goal is for the taps to sit neatly underneath the new bench and out of sight.
