Someone needs to close the gap between the exhaust system and the wall that we have with some drywall.

One side of the garage door has come out of the rail. Need to be fixed. Seems like a relatively easy fix but I don't have the right tools. Looks like you need to open some bolts, here the door back into the rails and then bolt it back. Happy to pay for a 2 hour job. If something extra props up, can pay more.

Need a couple rough spots fixed in ceiling, not a big job

I somewhat stupidly decided that anchor plugs in gyprock would be strong enough for a mounted TV arm, forgetting about the power of leverage with the arm extended. As a result I need the damaged gyprock repaired / patched (dont worry about painting) Also I need the tv mount/arm reinstalled - there is a gap in the studs where it needs to be installed, might need a piece of wood screwed in to bridge the gap.

Lots of jobs to do including (1) put up timber gate down side path (2) fix 2 x other gates that aren’t closing (3) hang wall-hung folding washing line and (4) fix washing machine leak. Lots more to come! Cost to be per job (to be discussed once more info)

Looking for a local handy man or carpenter that can fix a back door that is not closing. The door and locks are new but due to movement within an old house the door isn’t closing. Likely requires new trimming that allow for future movement. This is a back door that is very solid and all the hinges and screws are tightened. Based in Leichhardt.

We have a power point which has come away from the wall. We need it repaired so it's back in the wall. The power still works we just need the the power point secured and the wall repaired a bit. We don't need it painted just secured and patched etc.

We want to install a remote operated automatic gate at the front of our house. Ideally Bifold gate with motor attaached to the door so it doesn't take extra space. Or a sliding door. If it can curve into a back wall, would be best. If not, open on a hinge. Since its a small driveway, i would hope you can do this without taking too much space from the driveway. You would be expected to supply and install the gate. Build the side fence to accompany the gate for the entire entrance is blocked. Note: Electric connection not available so needs to be brought from the house (approx 20 ft).
