Need small wall patch repairs in a rental property in Innaloo. A few areas where paint/top layer has torn off (similar to minor plaster/paint damage). No full repaint required — just patch, sand and blend so it looks clean for vacate inspection. I think the original paint is in one of these buckets but would need you to confirm, potentially need new paint if not.

Looking for a handy man / carpenter to help with some odd studio gym jobs. We have a few holes in the gyprock due to the steel storage racks not being secured on the wall correctly. We are looking for someone to hang items (must be secured to brick behind gyprock due to weight) - hang whiteboard - mat rack - storage rack Ideally if someone could patch a hole too that would be great, I’ll include the photo where the previous racks have fallen off the wall due go being hung incorrectly. These holes don’t need to be fixed if the rack covers them up if not we will need to fix

Hi there, we will need a team (2 people) to help to do the installation testing at Westfield Innaloo tonight (ideal) or tomorrow night. This task mainly helps us to test our sample to fit the poles in the car park and measure the pole size. The installation is flat pads attached to the carpark pole - Foam thickness: 20mm - Outer cover: PVC (IJet 510 with FR additive) - Back panel: polyethylene The working hours will be between 5.30 pm - 7 pm Budget is $300 ex GST
