Find an experienced handyman in Cloverdale

I have an Arlec ceiling fan with remote. The remote is working. The fan seems to be requesting pairing (beeps) but it does not rotate. I suspect it's the capacitor in the fan itself needs to be replaced. I'm looking for an electrician that has experience with Arlec fans and knows how to do this

Needing x4 IKEA lack floating shelves installed along 2 walls in the front room of the house. Walls are brick. One of the shelves is 190cm long and the other three are all 110cm long. See images for where the shelves will go (the black lines drawn in the image) on each wall.
