House is on the market for sale with first viewing Thursday evening. Task can be completed any time prior to Thursday as it is vacant. 1. All internal door handles throughout the property to be checked that they are fitted correctly and functional as we have identified a few loose ones and the tenants replaced one bedroom with a different handle, would like the original one put back on (painter has left the handle off for original one to go back on) 2. Floating shelves in the bar/ study area are sagging. Would like them straightened to original painting and re siliconed, as well as the floating shelf in the laundry re siliconed also. 3. Touch up paint to wall areas if required once finished (Paint supplied) - Due date: Before Thursday, 7 July 2022
