A 2 m piece of cornice has come loose and fallen. It isn’t broken. I need it replaced and secured without damaging it.

I’m looking for a handyman to repair some water damage, splitting, and paint failure on an internal timber window frame at my place in Denman Prospect. The timber has some deep cracks and swelling where it meets the metal track, so it will need scraping back, a durable structural wood filler/hardener, sealing, and painting. We are moving out of our lease in Lyneham, ACT. As part of vacating we need to repair some plaster damage in the bedrooms (kids sticking things to walls and removing the paint) as well as a hole in the plasterboard on the stairwell that I caused during moving furniture. I've attached photos.

Tools & Equipment What we have: We have a drill and a basic stud finder on-site which you are welcome to use. What you need to bring: Please bring your own reliable heavy-duty stud finder (as I am not fully confident in ours) and standard installation tools. Please also bring a suitable ladder or step ladder for the ceiling installation. Ideally looking for someone with neat workmanship who can ensure everything is perfectly level and securely fixed into studs or appropriate ceiling joists.

I do have a few scratches on the wall, i do have two tv that were removed and i need the wall to be filled up and painted back to the original ,some edge scraches on the wall and A small part of the wall that needs paunted

The soap holder was smashed in our shower and it needs to be removed without damaging the waterproofing behind and a new soap holder needs to be installed in its place. Would also consider just putting a tile there if its much cheaper as we don't use it, we have spare tiles but it would need to be cut.

Washed & dried in dryer a red velvet throw (oldish I guess). Opened door of dryer & It exploded with lots & lots of red fluff, right in my face lol (hmm) Funny! Not funny. Anyhow need some skilled person to open the door of dryer see pics. With small small (‘Phillips’ head?) screw driver. Small small size. Clean inside. Put back… in place. Check if any other red stuff is around there. Did clean 6 times, around & inside. Vacuuming. Think it’s ok? But couldn’t access the door. The little screws! Bugger. Anyhow. Any takers? Thank you!. Trying to hang a sensory hammock for the kids that needs to be fixed into a joist with 2 bolts. Looking for you to also chuck some spackfiller or w/e in the holes I've drilled. I’ve used a stud finder to find what I thought were the ceiling joists, but driving a nail/drill bit through hits air. The roof has a bedroom above it if that provides any useful info.
