Something may need to be purchased from Bunnings - can add this onto the cost. 3. Assemble 8 chairs from TEMPLE AND WEBSTER

Need to drill the door more to fit any door handle from Bunnings

Need a quick fix on a fence post that isn't doing well in the strong wind. May need reinforcing with metal plate or something else. Price is labour only as I understand material cost will be on top.
